E-BISS International, an independent Postal Knowledge Platform

E-BISS International is more than 10 years active in the postal business and has built during these years not only a qualified expertise in conducting operational audits but also an important Postal Knowledge Platform. This Knowledge Platform is based on our international postal workshops we are conducting for more than 10 years giving us a valuable source of information on what evolves within the postal world.  

It is often said that “Your best consultant is your colleague who is facing the same challenges as you”. This has been one of the main reasons that E-BISS International has organised an annual international delivery benchmarking workshop for the last 11 years (since 2000) with participation of over 30 different postal operators from all over the world (but held in Europe). This year it was hosted by Slovenian Post and held in Maribor.  

In 2012 we will have our 12th International Delivery workshop in Lausanne, hosted by Swiss Post, from 5 till 7 June. Topics like optimization of routes and depots, customer density, volume density, innovation and innovative tools, dealing with changing volume mix, delivery routes and patterns and how to deal with the USO? will be discussed.
