International Postal Industry Platform Workshops 2010
In 2010 organised already 2 workshops (Innovation and Change in Jersey and Delivery in Ghent, Belgium) and will organise 2 other workshops in the automn:
- The Regulatory Workshop in Brussels on 15 and 16 September 2010
- The Global Postal Industry Platform - Round Table in the Bellacenter in Copenhagen, Denmark on 5 October 2010, a pre-PostExpo workshop (http://www.postexpo.com/).
The common format for all workshops includes:
- Introductions, Objectives, Expectations
- Current challenges and opportunities for participants
- Input from surveys, research and experts
- Case studies from participating companies
- Structured and facilitated discussion
- Learning outcomes summarised
- Visits to local facilities (where appropriate and available)

This venue gives the opportunity to discuss the impact of the liberalisation of the postal market: the opportunities, the challenges and the threats within the newly designed postal market. More details will follow.
